Who We Are

About Jan Austin
Jan Austin is a master certified coach, author and keynote speaker who brings over twenty-five years of organizational leadership experience to her coaching with business leaders.  Since 1997, she has worked with over 1000 business leaders in a variety of organizations, including Eastman Kodak, Marriott Corporation, NRT/Cendant, Outplacement International Partners, Drake Beam Morin Venezuela, Afterburner Seminars, Smith Barney, Abbott Laboratories, People's Bank, The Federal Aviation Administration, The United States Department of Labor and Pittsburgh Technical Institute.  Her work with Eastman Kodak, which focused on creating a winning and inclusive culture, spanned three and a half years and was featured in Fortune and Time Magazines. 

Jan Austin was the founding director of Corporate Coach University's corporate coaching training program--the first and only coaching school dedicated to training business coaches from the United States and around the world.  She is a columnist with the Western Carolina Business Journal and the author of an upcoming book on harnessing personal brand power.  She offers a series of Special Reports on developing signature presence.  Jan's work with corporate leaders inspired the development of the Engaging Work, a learning lab for leaders who want to utilize the power of coaching to engage change ability and the highest levels of commitment in their organizations.  She is also the developer of a series of Leadership Scorecards to support highly effective organizational leaders and teams.

Jan holds master's degrees in psychology and management.  She is also a graduate of Coach University's program in professional coaching and Corporate Coach University's program in corporate coaching.  She holds the designation of Master Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation, the organization's advanced credential for highly experienced coaches.
